LONG STORY SHORT

EPISTEMIST is the formal home of my private consultation practice built on my professional experience spanning two decades as a psychologist (MSc, University of Zurich) and international strategic management executive.

A trilingual Swiss-Turkish binational, I grew up moving between Istanbul and Zurich, and later built pivotal professional chapters in the Australia-Pacific region and Germany. That transcontinental path across cultures, institutions, and high-stakes environments shapes both my perspective and my method.

My professional footprint in psychology within an applied context began in 2009 – across psychometric assessment, consultation work in the public-sector, and institutional research. It deepened through my role as Department Head of psychological counselling and family coaching at a Zurich social enterprise in 2014, and led to the establishment of a first formal private practice in 2016. EPISTEMIST is the continuation and expansion of that endeavour.

Through PRAXIS, I work with private individuals and their social systems who want rigorous, high-integrity psychological guidance anchored in cognitive-behavioral and systems psychology paradigms. EPISTEMIST LABS extends that same evidence-based standard to digital cognitive-behavioral training tools.

In parallel, I hold a global strategic management role at the world’s most iconic top-end automotive manufacturer – a position I have grown into over a decade of corporate strategy and group-wide business transformation leadership.

EPISTEMIST is a privacy-first practice. All consultations and projects are conducted in strict compliance with applicable data protection law (GDPR). Live session bookings follow a first-come, first-served principle.
