Respects anonymity. Pseudonyms welcome; video optional in live sessions.

Respects your data: Not shared with 3rd parties, emails & calendar entries deleted after 90 days. All client cases treated strictly confidential.

Aims for maximum data security: No personal data or emails stored on the website. Our email server is secured with SSL-encryption.

Offers the Compact email consultation as a social-rate plan. Honor system: Please use fairly so it can continue.

Live Session Format: To ensure maximum flexibility and reach, live sessions are primarily held via secure video conference. In-person consultations at the Stuttgart practice location are also available for a limited number of weekly slots.

Key Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store payment data. Installments may be available.

Refunds/withdrawal: Statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. Live session cancellations at least 2 work days prior; email consultation service starts with case review. See Terms of Service for details.
