Key Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store payment data. Installments may be available.

Refunds/withdrawal: Statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. Live session cancellations at least 2 work days prior; email consultation service starts with case review. See Terms of Service for details
