Respects your data: Not shared with 3rd parties, emails & calendar entries deleted after 90 days. All client cases treated strictly confidential.

Aims for maximum data security: No personal data or emails stored on the website. Our email server is secured with SSL-encryption.

Live Session Format: Live sessions are primarily via secure video conference. In-person consultations at the Stuttgart practice location available for a limited number of slots.

Key Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store payment data. Installments may be available.

Refunds/withdrawal: Statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies. Live session cancellations at least 2 work days prior; email consultation service starts with case review. See Terms of Service for details.

Booking Timelines

Priority: Receipt confirmed and available slots offered within 2 working days of submission. First live session available within 5 working days of this confirmation. +25% weekend surcharge waived for annual app (e.g. BRAKED) subscribers. Priority bookings are fully pseudonymous.

Regular: Receipt confirmed within 4 working days. First available slot currently in about 4 weeks. The +25% weekend surcharge applies to all Regular bookings. Available only to EU/EEA, Swiss, and Turkish residents referred by a physician practicing in one of these regions.

Regular bookings require your real name, as verification with your referring physician may be required. Pseudonyms are welcome for all other booking types.
