Professional title and qualification

“Psychologist (MSc)” is a protected degree, academic, and professional title in Switzerland and the majority of EU countries, including Germany. It represents a formal European professional qualification, not a US or Canadian license.

Consultation or advisory is not employment counseling

EPISTEMIST does not provide employment, HR, or labor-law counseling. Executive counseling and advisory focus on leadership behavior, decision-making, organizational dynamics, strategic thinking, and strategy-related methods. These services do not cover employment contract matters, workplace disputes, personnel processes, or any legal issues involving employers.

No legal or financial advice

Content and services provided under EPISTEMIST do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, investment advice, or professional fiduciary services.
